Vicente Vargas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 4th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Maximo Marquez. Chiriperos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bruno Gartzi got free with Maximo Marquez in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Raimundo Jeraldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tócota's supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Jeraldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Marquez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fernando Lehoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chiriperos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! Angel Natanael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Faustino Cuarto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Raimundo Jeraldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tócota's goalkeeper Faustino Cuarto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Faustino Cuarto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Natanael in the 41st minute of play. The attack was good, but when Bruno Gartzi in the 45th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raimundo Jeraldo to strike the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tócota fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 53 minutes, Chiriperos's Jose Bernad got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Faustino Cuarto. If Mariano Reno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. German Santikurtz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 67 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tócota fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 67th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Faustino Cuarto, was totally fooled by Chiriperos's Jose Bernad, who 69 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Bruno Gartzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Marquez having to interfere. Fernando Lehoi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Maximo Marquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Chiriperos got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Lon. Maximo Marquez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bruno Gartzi went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Mariano Reno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Faustino Cuarto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Natanael, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Chiriperos players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
