The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carlos Lon during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th match minute, Chiriperos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Lon to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Chiriperos's zone, Albino Raebert stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximo Marquez came out of the goal and Albino Raebert tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angel Natanael in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pablo Maureo saved Espirillos AFC from getting behind. Angel Natanael received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Pablo Maureo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pablo Maureo made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Mariano Reno sent off a good shot on target. If Albino Raebert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albino Raebert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albino Raebert's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximo Marquez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albino Raebert was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Espirillos AFC's goalkeeper Pablo Maureo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 61st minute, Albino Raebert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 64 minutes, Carlos Lon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chiriperos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Lon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Espirillos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Natanael came free, but Pablo Maureo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Espirillos AFC's Amancio Orlandus got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Pablo Maureo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Natanael in the 78th minute of the match. In the 80thth minute of the game Mariano Reno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Espirillos AFC's Pablo Maureo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maximo Marquez was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Albino Raebert capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Albino Raebert really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Maximo Marquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Raebert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Reno in the 97th minute of play forced Espirillos AFC's goalkeeper Pablo Maureo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Espirillos AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
