Ruperto Isusko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Terciero having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, Hit & Run FC's Fidel Lico nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristian Terciero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. When Claudio Sal fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rejunte AC's protests and gave Claudio Sal a yellow card for diving instead. Claudio Sal kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Atilano Oxel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Everardo Jago took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cristian Terciero. Rejunte AC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Antonio Ur kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 30thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Hit & Run FC's keeper Cosme Arotza was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Constantino Mazuste kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Efrain Cedro in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cosme Arotza saved Hit & Run FC from getting behind. If Fidel Lico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Isusko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cristian Terciero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Fidel Lico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Terciero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hit & Run FC's Ruperto Isusko got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atilano Oxel hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Hit & Run FC's Fidel Lico got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ruperto Isusko to make the kick off. Antonio Ur might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cosme Arotza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Ur ran back to his position shaking his head. Rejunte AC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
