Marapá AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bitter Hearts the free kick. After 20 played minutes Marapá AFC got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Quintan. Ovidio Raitin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeronimo Vincente, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After a rather tough play, Marapá AFC's Ubaldo Beltza got a free kick in the 27th minute. Efrain Solustiano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ovidio Raitin. Marapá AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inocencio Cibran during the 29th minute. Benito Martxelin came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Marapá AFC's Adrian Medina. But to his dismay, Adrian Medina quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 40 minutes into the game, Natalio Silviano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bitter Hearts's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marapá AFC the free kick. The goalkeeper, Benito Martxelin, was totally fooled by Marapá AFC's Antonio Gartzen, who 42 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeronimo Vincente to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Bitter Hearts's zone, Adrian Medina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Martxelin came out of the goal and Adrian Medina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Jimeno Quilo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jimeno Quilo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 55th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Jeronimo Vincente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Melquiades Gomez fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marapá AFC's protests and gave Melquiades Gomez a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Marapá AFC's Melquiades Gomez got a free kick in the 60th minute. After 67 minutes of play, Marapá AFC's Melquiades Gomez made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Martxelin was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Marapá AFC's Melquiades Gomez in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bitter Hearts's goalie prevented a goal. Baldomero Eron hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the match, Bitter Hearts's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Medina came free, but Benito Martxelin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Adrian Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
