After a defensive mix-up in Bitter Hearts's zone, Arturo Espiridion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Martxelin came out of the goal and Arturo Espiridion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Bitter Hearts's Benito Martxelin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Mitxaut in the 51st minute of play. After 53 played minutes CSyD José C. Paz got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Uhin. The long shot by Cecilio Frisco in the 55th minute really tested Claudio Mino's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With a little luck, CSyD José C. Paz's Claudio Mino got control of the ball when Jimeno Quilo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benito Martxelin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arturo Espiridion's shot from short distance in the 60th minute.
