Albino Barbosa had great luck who in the 23rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Jeronimo Vincente from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sergio Valentine in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Martxelin saved Bitter Hearts from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 34 minutes, Albino Barbosa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Jeronimo Vincente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Albino Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Jimeno Quilo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeronimo Vincente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sergio Valentine stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
