Calquen F.C's Nemesio Joachim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Ugutz in the 12th minute of play. Cesar Orlin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Formerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Rodolfo Ugutz struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Nemesio Joachim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estopa FC. Ambrosio Sandaili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Cesar Orlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodolfo Ugutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Calquen F.C getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Godofredo Ferrando hit a great ball. Rodolfo Ugutz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nemesio Joachim having to make a save. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jimeno Formerio was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Estopa FC getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Niceto Eneas hit a great ball. Ambrosio Sandaili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Cesar Orlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 66 played minutes Estopa FC got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Eneas. Jimeno Formerio might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cesar Orlin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jimeno Formerio ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Estopa FC's zone, Ambrosio Sandaili stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cesar Orlin came out of the goal and Ambrosio Sandaili tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Calquen F.C booed when Estopa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Eneas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodolfo Ugutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cesar Orlin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosio Sandaili, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jimeno Formerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cesar Orlin having to interfere.
