In the 39th minute of the match Delmar Peyo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnulfo Tximitx showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Salvador Gutierrez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute, Dionisio Lobo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 49 played minutes, club atl jorge newbery's Carolo Bakar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arnulfo Tximitx came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in club atl jorge newbery reached it.

The wind increased when Andres Quilino made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Real Cañuelas Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquin Loiola came free, but Arnulfo Tximitx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salvador Gutierrez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnulfo Tximitx having to make a save. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Real Cañuelas Futbol Club's Andres Quilino in the 69th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Donato Patrido was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for club atl jorge newbery through an amazing save. Delmar Peyo struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Arnulfo Tximitx didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for club atl jorge newbery. 88 minutes into the match, club atl jorge newbery's goal looked a bit too open when Andres Quilino came free, but Donato Patrido reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Andres Quilino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Donato Patrido. That made the score 1-2 in the 97 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Real Cañuelas Futbol Club walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
