Julian Victoro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Corderun in the 6th minute of the match. Celedonio Pello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Celedonio Pello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Damario having to interfere. Yocán AFC's Benjamin Magdaleno suffered a sore thigh after 20 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 21 minutes into the game, Agustin Froylan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Porvenir AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yocán AFC the free kick. In the 21st minute, Agustin Froylan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the game, one of Porvenir AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 23 minutes, Yocán AFC's Narciso Nastasio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Clemente Damario. Julian Victoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Corderun in the 28th minute of play. David Estefan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Julian Victoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Melquiades Eskuin during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Melquiades Eskuin kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Julian Victoro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Corderun in the 34th minute of play. If David Estefan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aureliano Corderun in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julian Victoro saved Yocán AFC from getting behind. Julian Victoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aureliano Corderun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celedonio Pello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Clemente Damario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celedonio Pello could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Clemente Damario made a huge save. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celedonio Pello made a kick off. Celedonio Pello struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Clemente Damario didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yocán AFC. Jonas Francesco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Clemente Damario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 55th minute, Modesto Abaunza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aureliano Corderun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hector Arotza during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Clemente Damario went to the wrong direction when Narciso Nastasio was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Celedonio Pello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clemente Damario. Porvenir AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celedonio Pello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 73 minutes, Higinio Emmanuel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Porvenir AFC and the Yocán AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Higinio Emmanuel hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Celedonio Pello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Damario having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Porvenir AFC's Aureliano Corderun slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julian Victoro. That made the score 2-1 after 80 minutes of play. Celedonio Pello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 95 minutes into the game, Aureliano Corderun recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julian Victoro. Aureliano Corderun showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Yocán AFC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
