With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aureliano Corderun in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Mazuste saved Las Pelotas from getting behind. Ariel Rojelio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Clemente Damario read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Porvenir AFC's Mauro Francesco got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute of the match Diego Indalecio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clemente Damario skillfully saved the ball. Porvenir AFC's David Estefan got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aureliano Corderun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Fabian Mazuste tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Aureliano Corderun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 38 minutes, Ariel Rojelio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Las Pelotas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ariel Rojelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Clemente Damario made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Rojelio in the 41st minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Porvenir AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Qwinton came free, but Clemente Damario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Mazuste made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Estefan in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

A very good chance. 96 minutes into the game, Prudencio Qwinton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Clemente Damario was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Las Pelotas's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
