Spectators: 6656 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 0) Benigno Maju started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Antonio Mendebal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes into the game, Líbano's Igor Bemabe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelino Curcio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Fabricio Urbasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Líbano's Godofredo Formerio got control of the ball when Jaime Joey tried to sneak it across the goal line. Líbano's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Benigno Maju scored to the left of an out of position Godofredo Formerio, making the score, 1-1. Arsenio Salvidor's late challenge caught a Líbano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arsenio Salvidor helped the player get up and apologised. After 30 played minutes Talita FC got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Salvidor. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Igor Bemabe in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelino Curcio saved Talita FC from getting behind. In the 32nd match minute, Talita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Luzaide to maneuver through the defense. If Igor Bemabe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Talita FC's Angelino Curcio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Mendebal in the 39th minute of play. In the 44th match minute, Talita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Urbasa to maneuver through the defense. Jaime Joey's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 50thth minute, Godofredo Formerio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Fabricio Urbasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Talita FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabricio Urbasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godofredo Formerio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florencio Heriberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Benigno Maju had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angelino Curcio made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Antonio Mendebal sent off a good shot on target. Sixto Luzaide sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Mendebal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelino Curcio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. In the 81st minute Benigno Maju shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Godofredo Formerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Mendebal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Curcio having to interfere. Igor Bemabe was extremely unlucky when he, in the 94th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 96 minutes of play, Líbano's Antonio Mendebal made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Angelino Curcio was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Líbano had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
