Elvio Palban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Aurelio Abadie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aurelio Abadie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvio Palban, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 28 played minutes Viamonte got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Llin. Dionisio Ubendu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Jagüel AFC's zone, Sebastian Lluc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugenio Dominguez came out of the goal and Sebastian Lluc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute of the match, Benigno Eate got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aurelio Abadie was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 46th minute of the match Leonel Cordarryl shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aurelio Abadie showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elvio Palban stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Jagüel AFC got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Aznar. 56 minutes into the match, Viamonte's goal looked a bit too open when Elvio Palban came free, but Aurelio Abadie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Viamonte's Sebastian Lluc got a free kick in the 58th minute. After 61 minutes Viamonte's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Oscar Aznar who took care of the corner kick. Oscar Aznar made a great header on Jagüel AFC's corner, it was just that Viamonte's Aurelio Abadie managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 73rd minute, Horacio Llin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Benigno Eate left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jagüel AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Aurelio Abadie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Palban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Camilo Kemen's late challenge caught a Viamonte's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camilo Kemen helped the player get up and apologised. Camilo Kemen hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Viamonte's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ambrosio Geofredo in the 90th minute. A nice corner shot did that Ambrosio Geofredo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eugenio Dominguez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Ambrosio Geofredo succeeded in the game's 90th minute to get real power on a long shot . Jagüel AFC's Eugenio Dominguez hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-2! Benigno Eate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
