With an all-out effort, Independiente rey d copas's Adrian Ederono threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ignacio Ciceron, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ignacio Ciceron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Adrian Ederono tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Charuto F. C.'s Amancio Salvino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ezequiel Ekain narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ezequiel Ekain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacobo Paublo, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ignacio Ciceron stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ignacio Ciceron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Ederono having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Nicasio Maria notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Charuto F. C.'s Adrian Ederono. Adrian Ederono was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ignacio Ciceron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charuto F. C.'s Amancio Salvino got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Honorato Lertxun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Charuto F. C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Charuto F. C.'s Adrian Ederono played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Ciceron in the 75th minute of play. After 75 minutes of play Charuto F. C.'s Dionisio Tino was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Dionisio Tino hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the match, Charuto F. C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ignacio Ciceron came free, but Adrian Ederono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amancio Salvino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ezequiel Ekain tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julian Ursino scored 2-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ezequiel Ekain, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Charuto F. C. players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Independiente rey d copas from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
