Gustavo Furman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Frascuelo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Club atlético monte castr's Rigoberto Frascuelo, in the 22nd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Club atlético monte castr. In the 23rd minute Freddy Cebrian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Furman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 34thth minute of the game Freddy Cebrian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Petronila AFC's Gustavo Furman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 38 minutes, Rolando Gaueko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club atlético monte castr and the Petronila AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eloy Mendiko made a kick off. During the 54th minute of the match Clemente Calixto completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Clemente Calixto a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 55th match minute, Petronila AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clemente Calixto to maneuver through the defense. After 57 minutes of play Petronila AFC's Mariano Viator was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 58 played minutes Petronila AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Viator. Amadeo Elodio, 59 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With a little luck, Petronila AFC's Gustavo Furman got control of the ball when Freddy Cebrian tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rigoberto Frascuelo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Rigoberto Frascuelo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustavo Furman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Freddy Cebrian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustavo Furman having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Petronila AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Frascuelo came free, but Gustavo Furman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustavo Furman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Frascuelo in the 88th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Freddy Cebrian got free with Gustavo Furman in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Freddy Cebrian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Gustavo Furman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
