Spectators: 6666 (Terracing: 5005, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Justino Dorio kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Instituto's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Ederono came free, but Baltasar Bernaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Ederono's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baltasar Bernaldo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justino Dorio in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baltasar Bernaldo saved Instituto from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Justino Dorio managed to get in a good position for a shot. 09-12-18 Winter Plate FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Justino Dorio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baltasar Bernaldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Instituto's Eustacio Manny got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Justino Dorio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Bernaldo having to interfere. Baltasar Bernaldo came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by 09-12-18 Winter Plate FC's Bernardo Ederono. But to his dismay, Bernardo Ederono quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Erasmo Colon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Jonatan Jerico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Colon in the 34th minute of play forced 09-12-18 Winter Plate FC's goalkeeper Jonatan Jerico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquilino Vergaray kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Antonio Quintyns short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Jonatan Jerico to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 37 played minutes Instituto got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Quintyn. The supporters of Instituto booed when 09-12-18 Winter Plate FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Martinez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half 09-12-18 Winter Plate FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Erasmo Colon was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erasmo Colon in the 52nd minute of play forced 09-12-18 Winter Plate FC's goalkeeper Jonatan Jerico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 56 played minutes Instituto got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Karmel. Narciso Nafarroa, 57 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 62nd minute, Antonio Quintyn got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Baltasar Bernaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Dorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardo Ederono got free with Baltasar Bernaldo in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 85 minutes into the game, Bernardo Ederono cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Baltasar Bernaldo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Instituto's Antonio Quintyn got a free kick in the 88th minute. Instituto's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Justino Dorio scored to the left of an out of position Baltasar Bernaldo, making the score, 0-4.
