In the 18th match minute, churros F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Romero to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in churros F.C.'s zone, Vinicio Guter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Venancio Ortzi came out of the goal and Vinicio Guter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the match, Magic Team's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Vincente came free, but Jeremias Palban reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Elias Abel fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
