Celestino Elodio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Estavan, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After a rather tough play, Fighiera's Fulgencio Florian got a free kick in the 20th minute. After a rather tough play, Anguilan AFC's Ciriaco Pacifico got a free kick in the 21st minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Raphael couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute of the match, Bernardo Quintyn got a very nice opportunity to score, but Celestino Elodio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Celestino Elodio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Estavan, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The supporters of Fighiera booed when Anguilan AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciriaco Pacifico didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Bernardo Quintyn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celestino Elodio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernardo Quintyn's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 75th minute, Cristo Abaunza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernardo Quintyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Elodio having to interfere. Anguilan AFC's Isaias Lon got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anguilan AFC's Lucas Raphael pulled a muscle in his leg after 85 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Astor Asur charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Astor Asur the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th minute, Astor Asur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cayetano Urdaspal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fighiera's Maximino Natal suffered a concussion after 93 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carmelo Ruy during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Carmelo Ruy kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Anguilan AFC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Fighiera to leave the ground with a draw.
