In the 3rd minute, Constantino Santio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Filiberto Bermudez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 8 minutes, Constantino Santio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Silva AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Constantino Santio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Adolfo Munio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantino Santio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Silva AFC's Constantino Santio got a free kick in the 19th minute. Constantino Santio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciro Gorbea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 0-1 became the score in the 32nd minute when Constantino Santio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Constantino Santio kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in TYSON POWER TEAM's zone, Constantino Santio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustavo Ferdinand came out of the goal and Constantino Santio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Silva AFC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Adolfo Munio hit a great ball. The long shot by Baltasar Arano in the 46th minute really tested Fernando Louis's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Constantino Santio to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Wilfredo Chesus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
