Spectators: 7323 (Terracing: 5494, Seating: 1684, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Diego Guerau started the match with the kick off. In the 4thth minute of the game Diego Guerau who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CERRO TORRE's Leandro Mederi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 5th minute, Mauro Telo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manuel Arnalt was a little too slow when Gregorio Lluc got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. 12 minutes into the game, C.A.Talleres's Diego Guerau nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leandro Mederi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 20th match minute, CERRO TORRE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Kelemen to maneuver through the defense. C.A.Talleres's Abel Abadie got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Diego Guerau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manuel Arnalt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Lluc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Diego Guerau managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.Talleres's supporters rose to their feet, but Diego Guerau was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leandro Mederi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Manuel Arnalt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorio Lluc, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After 51 minutes of play, C.A.Talleres's Mauro Telo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leandro Mederi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carlos Nafarroa charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Nafarroa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Manuel Arnalt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Kelemen in the 63rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in CERRO TORRE's zone, Diego Guerau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Mederi came out of the goal and Diego Guerau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the match, CERRO TORRE's goalkeeper Leandro Mederi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Diego Guerau. C.A.Talleres's Manuel Arnalt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregorio Lluc in the 68th minute of play. Leandro Mederi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Abadie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Leandro Mederi managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when C.A.Talleres's Diego Guerau fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 84th minute of the match German Garci shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manuel Arnalt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Mauro Telo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Leandro Mederi. That made the score 1-4 in the 88 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Virgilio Eutor got free with Leandro Mederi in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Diego Guerau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Leandro Mederi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in CERRO TORRE's zone, Diego Guerau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leandro Mederi came out of the goal and Diego Guerau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. C.A.Talleres's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
