Dario Merexildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Calvino having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Velloso's zone, Tobias Jakobe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Calvino came out of the goal and Tobias Jakobe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dario Merexildo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Sebastian Calvino made a huge save. In the 33rd minute, River F.C's Tobias Jakobe dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Sebastian Calvino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Merexildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tobias Jakobe struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Sebastian Calvino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for River F.C. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
