Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 13thth minute of the game Hernan Duardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Don Fermin F. C.'s Pornsak Jareanpunpon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Don Fermin F. C.'s Pornsak Jareanpunpon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Duardo in the 14th minute of play. Hector Maraman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Furman, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Achiras AFC's Joaquin Celipe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pornsak Jareanpunpon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 20 played minutes Don Fermin F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Blasi. Pornsak Jareanpunpon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Duardo in the 23rd minute of play. Hernan Duardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joaquin Celipe scored 2-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pornsak Jareanpunpon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hernan Duardo was the one to do the kick off. If Joaquin Celipe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Celipe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pornsak Jareanpunpon having to interfere. Joaquin Celipe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pornsak Jareanpunpon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Achiras AFC's Joaquin Celipe got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hernan Duardo took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pornsak Jareanpunpon. Pornsak Jareanpunpon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Pornsak Jareanpunpon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Duardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Don Fermin F. C.'s goalkeeper Pornsak Jareanpunpon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 86 minutes into the game, Hernan Duardo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Pornsak Jareanpunpon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 91 minutes, Joaquin Celipe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Achiras AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquin Celipe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Eugenio Erdiano fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Don Fermin F. C.'s protests and gave Eugenio Erdiano a yellow card for diving instead. Joaquin Celipe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Achiras AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
