With a little luck, Club Atletico Boca.Jr's Casimiro Todor got control of the ball when Lucio Valentine tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eloy Chepe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Silvino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in El Rayo's zone, Modesto Pietro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eloy Chepe came out of the goal and Modesto Pietro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lucio Valentine recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saul Garikoitz struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Casimiro Todor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Rayo. Lucio Valentine could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Casimiro Todor made a huge save. 43 minutes into the game, Lucio Valentine lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Casimiro Todor. In the 47th minute, Saul Garikoitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The wind increased when Ladislao Silvino made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Valentine in the 52nd minute of play forced Club Atletico Boca.Jr's goalkeeper Casimiro Todor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Playo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Casimiro Todor. Club Atletico Boca.Jr's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, El Rayo's Eloy Chepe got control of the ball when Modesto Pietro tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 65th minute Ladislao Silvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eloy Chepe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucio Valentine in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Casimiro Todor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 73 minutes into the match, Saul Garikoitz notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Club Atletico Boca.Jr's Casimiro Todor. Casimiro Todor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Casimiro Todor didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when El Rayo's Lucio Valentine shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 6-0 in the ordered_time% minute. El Rayo's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucio Valentine was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casimiro Todor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saul Garikoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Todor having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. El Rayo had played much better football throughout.
