Spectators: 7177 (Terracing: 5385, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) Utracán's Aristides Espiridion started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Froilan Crispo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Eustacio Rexino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 5 played minutes Agote got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Abaunza. In the 8th match minute, Agote was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Enekoitz to maneuver through the defense. Eustacio Rexino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristides Espiridion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Utracán's Evaristo Locaio got a free kick in the 13th minute. Abel Caton was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 14th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Felix Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rene Gabirel might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Urbes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rene Gabirel ran back to his position shaking his head. Aristides Espiridion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Rexino having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Agote's goal looked a bit too open when Froilan Crispo came free, but Eustacio Rexino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Raimundo Fernado came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Utracán fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raimundo Fernado couldn't finish the play. Agote's Eustacio Rexino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Espiridion in the 38th minute of play. Eustacio Rexino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Espiridion in the 39th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Utracán's Aristides Espiridion sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eustacio Rexino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rene Gabirel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Urbes having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Felix Vidal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rene Gabirel to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Gustavo Abaunza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 53 minutes into the match, Utracán's Evaristo Locaio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to Agote getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Abel Caton hit a great ball. If Rene Gabirel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Utracán's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Gabirel came free, but Benito Urbes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Aristides Espiridion took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Eustacio Rexino to make any attempt to save it. 70 minutes into the match, Utracán's Froilan Crispo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eustacio Rexino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Froilan Crispo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celso Enekoitz during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Benito Urbes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Gabirel in the 96th minute of play. Agote's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
