Utracán's Benito Urbes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Maraman in the 13th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Orlando Maraman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Benito Urbes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Orlando Maraman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Urbes having to interfere. After having played for 18 minutes, Orlando Maraman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dr. Melo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Maraman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benito Urbes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Maraman in the 25th minute of the match. After having played for 27 minutes, Orlando Maraman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dr. Melo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Orlando Maraman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 30 minutes, Froilan Crispo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Melquiades Ur took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 37th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Benito Urbes. Utracán's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Damian Ekialde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Orlando Maraman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Urbes. Utracán's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Orlando Maraman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. If Leopoldo Hermelando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Celestino Micael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damian Ekialde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Orlando Maraman made a kick off. After 63 minutes of play, Dr. Melo's Damian Ekialde made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Urbes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Evaristo Locaio missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 76 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Fernando Crescencio right hand side. Leopoldo Hermelando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Urbes having to interfere. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Utracán! In the 82nd minute, Dr. Melo got a penalty, and Arnoldo Naldo placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. In the 87th minute, Froilan Crispo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 91 minutes of play, Dr. Melo's Damian Ekialde made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Urbes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Damian Ekialde could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Benito Urbes made a huge save. When the final whistle sounded Dr. Melo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Utracán.
