Orlando Maraman started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes into the game, Isidoro Gaztea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fernando Crescencio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fernando Crescencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Gaztea in the 11th minute of the match. Orlando Maraman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Osvaldo Ruy having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Dr. Melo's zone, Isidoro Gaztea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Crescencio came out of the goal and Isidoro Gaztea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 26th match minute, Malligasta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarias Presebal to maneuver through the defense. Osvaldo Ruy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Maraman, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Osvaldo Ruy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Maraman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damian Ekialde who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Osvaldo Ruy when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Malligasta's zone, Damian Ekialde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osvaldo Ruy came out of the goal and Damian Ekialde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 49th minute, Damian Ekialde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isidoro Gaztea to make the kick off. A collision led to Dr. Melo getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Arnoldo Naldo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Ekialde in the 61st minute of play forced Malligasta's goalkeeper Osvaldo Ruy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damian Ekialde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Malligasta's Osvaldo Ruy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Maraman in the 70th minute of play. Osvaldo Ruy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Maraman in the 72nd minute of the match. Jonathan Sauveur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Fernando Crescencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melquiades Ur hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Zacarias Presebal got in the 76th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Fernando Crescencio. This was a shot which ended in a score of 0-2. Fernando Crescencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Gaztea in the 81st minute of the match. Javier Errando hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute of the match Arnoldo Naldo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Osvaldo Ruy showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fernando Crescencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Gaztea in the 92nd minute of play. In the 99th minute Damian Ekialde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldo Ruy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
