After 18 played minutes Paquitos y Amorosos got a freekick which was hit by Santos Napier. Marcelino Bemabe, 19 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 20th minute Oscar Basajaun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Dalmau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manuel Ferrer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Dalmau having to interfere. Lucio Dalmau showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Ferrer in the 32nd minute of the match. Honorio Luix's late challenge caught a FC Pirañas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Honorio Luix helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th match minute, Paquitos y Amorosos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorio Luix to maneuver through the defense. Maximino Estevez struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Wilfredo Tino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paquitos y Amorosos. Honorio Luix was shown his second yellow card after 59 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
