In the 33rd minute of the match Celedonio Etxahun sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rosendo Iratxo skillfully saved the ball. Albano Lartaun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Urtun in the 42nd minute of play. Pascual Clodio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. C.A.QUEMERO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosendo Millano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernabe Urtun was the one to do the kick off. Bernabe Urtun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albano Lartaun having to interfere. Leandro Nafarroa charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Rosendo Iratxo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Albano Lartaun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lorien, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mariano Lorien blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albano Lartaun having to make a save. 66 minutes into the match, C.A.QUEMERO's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Urtun came free, but Albano Lartaun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albano Lartaun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bernabe Urtun went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 69 minutes into the match, C.A.QUEMERO's goalkeeper Albano Lartaun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pascual Clodio. 79 minutes into the game, Mariano Lorien cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Albano Lartaun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bernabe Urtun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albano Lartaun having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Pelotazo's zone, Vicente Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosendo Iratxo came out of the goal and Vicente Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 94 minutes into the game, Ignacio Bladi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Deportivo Pelotazo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.QUEMERO the free kick.
