Zeledon Goyo's late challenge caught a Chacarita FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zeledon Goyo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kelito FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Zeledon Goyo hit a great ball. After 5 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kelito FC! The referee gave Chacarita FC a penalty, 7 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Siro Fidensio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kelito FC's Epifanio Ospetsu. 1-0. Bernardino Urti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Baraquiel in the 10th minute of play. Bernardino Urti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodrigo Baraquiel in the 12th minute of the match. Hilario Balasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Ospetsu having to interfere. Bernardino Urti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Rudolfo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaspar Rudolfo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Bernardino Urti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Kelito FC's goalkeeper Epifanio Ospetsu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hilario Balasi. Chacarita FC's Raul Jordy got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Raul Jordy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gaspar Rudolfo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Chacarita FC's Raul Jordy got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 53rd minute, Domingos Lehior hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Rudolfo in the 57th minute of play forced Chacarita FC's goalkeeper Bernardino Urti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rodrigo Baraquiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Horacio Vachon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kelito FC's Lucas Abascal couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 70th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Chacarita FC. Bernardino Urti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaspar Rudolfo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Chacarita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Goyo came free, but Bernardino Urti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hilario Balasi took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Epifanio Ospetsu. Epifanio Ospetsu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 85 minutes into the match, Gaspar Rudolfo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bernardino Urti, 2-1. Bernardino Urti made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Rodrigo Baraquiel sent off a good shot on target. Epifanio Ospetsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Jordy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raul Jordy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Epifanio Ospetsu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Domingos Lehior fell near the penalty area in the 97th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kelito FC's protests and gave Domingos Lehior a yellow card for diving instead.
