Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dante Lizardi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eliseo Enekoitz's late challenge caught a Los amigos fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliseo Enekoitz helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Garré AFC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Eliseo Enekoitz hit a great ball. When Benito Quinteros came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Garré AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benito Quinteros couldn't finish the play. Dante Lizardi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Enekoitz in the 14th minute of the match. After 15 minutes, Luis Torres mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garré AFC and the Los amigos fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Garré AFC's Luis Torres got a free kick in the 15th minute. If Eliseo Enekoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carolo Harkaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. When Justo Lluterio fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los amigos fc's protests and gave Justo Lluterio a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th minute, Eliseo Enekoitz made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lizardi. Los amigos fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Lino Chorache struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Silvestre Giro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los amigos fc. 36 minutes into the match, Los amigos fc's Lino Chorache sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Silvestre Giro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Los amigos fc's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Enekoitz came free, but Dante Lizardi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vinicio Beturian charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vinicio Beturian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vinicio Beturian kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. If Eliseo Enekoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eliseo Enekoitz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. It was a penalty for Garré AFC! The supporters of Los amigos fc booed when Garré AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gonzalo Ponce, 93 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Benito Quinteros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Garré AFC's Silvestre Giro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 99th minute of the match, managed to save Garré AFC from getting a goal against them. Garré AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
