Clemente Kiliz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Clemente Kiliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Huly in the 16th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Humberto Huly managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olavarria FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Humberto Huly was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Clemente Kiliz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Basualdo in the 22nd minute of play forced Club Atletico Etceteras's goalkeeper Clemente Kiliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute there was a penalty for Olavarria FC. Gregorio Chaime stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Clemente Kiliz. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Huly in the 31st minute of play forced Club Atletico Etceteras's goalkeeper Clemente Kiliz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Salvador Basualdo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 35 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Clemente Kiliz was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Etceteras's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Huly came free, but Clemente Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clemente Kiliz came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Olavarria FC's Salvador Basualdo. But to his dismay, Salvador Basualdo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 43 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Etceteras's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Basualdo came free, but Clemente Kiliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Salvador Basualdo to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Salvador Basualdo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Club Atletico Etceteras getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Artemio Vincente hit a great ball. In the 66thth minute of the game Salvador Basualdo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Etceteras's Clemente Kiliz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 68th minute Salvador Basualdo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Kiliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clemente Kiliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Basualdo in the 72nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salvador Basualdo in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clemente Kiliz saved Club Atletico Etceteras from getting behind. 78 minutes into the game, Salvador Basualdo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Clemente Kiliz. Salvador Basualdo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. A collision led to Olavarria FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Salvador Basualdo hit a great ball. Clemente Kiliz made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Humberto Huly sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Humberto Huly got free with Clemente Kiliz in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Olavarria FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
