Carolo Conrao received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Justo Columbo came out and tried to block the shot, but Carolo Conrao slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 19th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rústicos Club's zone, Adolfo Damario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justo Columbo came out of the goal and Adolfo Damario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the match, Victoriano Ferran notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Rústicos Club's Justo Columbo. Justo Columbo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adolfo Damario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Justo Columbo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Aurelio Osoitz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Justo Columbo. Rústicos Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aurelio Osoitz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Victoriano Ferran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justo Columbo having to interfere. Victoriano Ferran in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Justo Columbo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rolando Naelio to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Victoriano Ferran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justo Columbo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rústicos Club's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The audience was convinced that Victoriano Ferran's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Justo Columbo was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florentino Alfonso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AFC Richmond had played much better football throughout.
