A collision led to FC Hielo getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Prospero Lizardi hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the game, FC Hielo's Octavio Sasoin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicasio Gutxi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 29 minutes into the match, C.A.TEMPERLEY's Jorge Rayman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Remigio Geofredo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Sasoin in the 31st minute of play forced C.A.TEMPERLEY's goalkeeper Nicasio Gutxi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Octavio Sasoin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guido Benet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remigio Geofredo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jorge Rayman's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute, Rosendo Oriol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

After 51 minutes of play, FC Hielo's Rosendo Oriol made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicasio Gutxi was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Oscar Blai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C.A.TEMPERLEY's Nicasio Gutxi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavio Sasoin in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Guido Benet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicasio Gutxi. C.A.TEMPERLEY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guido Benet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Jorge Rayman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as C.A.TEMPERLEY's Jorge Rayman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Remigio Geofredo. That made the score 3-1 after 67 minutes of play. Remigio Geofredo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 71st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Mario Godoy. Jorge Rayman struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Remigio Geofredo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.TEMPERLEY. FC Hielo's Octavio Sasoin got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oscar Blai charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oscar Blai the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes C.A.TEMPERLEY got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Blai. In the 90thth minute of the game Octavio Sasoin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A.TEMPERLEY's Nicasio Gutxi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Jorge Rayman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Oscar Blai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. C.A.TEMPERLEY's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
