Lucio Nicholas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ermegildo Palban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ceferino Quinteros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Ignazio's late challenge caught a Tortuguitas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Ignazio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 78th minute, one of Pocito AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pocito AFC. After a defensive mix-up in Pocito AFC's zone, Ceferino Quinteros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermegildo Palban came out of the goal and Ceferino Quinteros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ceferino Quinteros in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ermegildo Palban saved Pocito AFC from getting behind. 86 minutes into the match, Tortuguitas's goalkeeper Robustiano Gombal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgilio Hori. Tortuguitas's Robustiano Gombal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Burutzagi in the 92nd minute of play. Pocito AFC's Virgilio Hori got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pocito AFC's Salvador Faron got his second yellow card of the match in the 95th minute. The referee ordered Salvador Faron off the ground. After a defensive mix-up in Pocito AFC's zone, Ceferino Quinteros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ermegildo Palban came out of the goal and Ceferino Quinteros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pocito AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
