Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ruben Burutzagi started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Oscar Ignazio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 7 played minutes Pocito AFC got a freekick which was hit by Teodoro Soter. Nereo Pierres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Palban having to interfere. Nereo Pierres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Ermegildo Palban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 17 minutes of play, Fenix's Nereo Pierres made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ermegildo Palban was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ruben Burutzagi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Damaso Baristo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Luix's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermegildo Palban read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Ermegildo Palban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nereo Pierres in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Marco Luix notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Pocito AFC's Ermegildo Palban. Ermegildo Palban was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Pocito AFC booed when Fenix was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Truylos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Pocito AFC defense, Nereo Pierres kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermegildo Palban. The Pocito AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermegildo Palban should have stopped the shot. Marco Luix might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ermegildo Palban. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marco Luix ran back to his position shaking his head. The Pocito AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fenix were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Nereo Pierres made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nereo Pierres got free with Ermegildo Palban in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Nereo Pierres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the game, Salvador Faron was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pocito AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fenix the free kick. After a rather tough play, Pocito AFC's Salvador Faron got a free kick in the 71st minute. Nereo Pierres did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-6 to the left of a surprised Ermegildo Palban 73 minutes into the match. Nereo Pierres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Ermegildo Palban tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nereo Pierres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fenix played a much better game than Pocito AFC and deserved their victory. The Pocito AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
