Santiago Urbes charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santiago Urbes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Americo Gauargi made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Cayetano Lizar sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of A Praela FC booed when Quemeros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Cisco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Quemeros FC's goalkeeper Aristides Osmundo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Urbes in the 48th minute of play forced Quemeros FC's goalkeeper Aristides Osmundo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

A Praela FC's Americo Gauargi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cayetano Lizar in the 64th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raul Cisco during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
