The supporters of Agustoni AFC booed when Maciel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelino Otoniel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eleuterio Intxixu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Elpidio Florinio made a huge save. After having played for 18 minutes, Eleuterio Intxixu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Agustoni AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eleuterio Intxixu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Intxixu in the 19th minute of play forced Maciel's goalkeeper Elpidio Florinio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute Herminio Rufio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Florinio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute of the match Feliciano Maurino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elpidio Florinio skillfully saved the ball. Eleuterio Intxixu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Elpidio Florinio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Maciel getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Braulio Asier hit a great ball. If Herminio Rufio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Herminio Rufio made a kick off. Elpidio Florinio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleuterio Intxixu in the 55th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Braulio Etxekopar notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Agustoni AFC's Haroldo Lorien. Haroldo Lorien was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st minute of the match Feliciano Maurino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elpidio Florinio skillfully saved the ball. After 80 minutes, Angelino Otoniel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maciel and the Agustoni AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Agustoni AFC's Marcial Sengrat couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 81st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Maciel. Eleuterio Intxixu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elpidio Florinio having to make a save. If Herminio Rufio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elpidio Florinio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleuterio Intxixu, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Braulio Etxekopar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Haroldo Lorien having to make a save. There was no doubt that Agustoni AFC were the better team. Agustoni AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
