The audience thought a goal was coming when Eusebio Gartxot got free with Victorino Pacifico in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 9 minutes into the game, Joaquin Aimar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. los marcianos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bazzinga! FC the free kick. Gavino Innocenzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Ferman having to interfere. After 14 minutes of play, los marcianos's Gavino Innocenzio made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benedicto Ferman was left in no man's land by his defense there! los marcianos's Victorino Pacifico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Damario in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Victorio Damario reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Victorino Pacifico. The goal made the score 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gavino Innocenzio in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benedicto Ferman saved Bazzinga! FC from getting behind. 27 minutes into the match, Joaquin Aimar notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Bazzinga! FC's Benedicto Ferman. Benedicto Ferman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bazzinga! FC's Benedicto Ferman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Fertus in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Innocenzio in the 33rd minute of play forced Bazzinga! FC's goalkeeper Benedicto Ferman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amado Fertus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Ferman having to interfere. Gavino Innocenzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Ferman having to interfere. Amado Fertus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Benedicto Ferman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Gavino Innocenzio made the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, los marcianos's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Damario came free, but Victorino Pacifico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 played minutes Bazzinga! FC got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Abascal. 61 minutes into the match, los marcianos's Remigio Domenec broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Saturnino Aimar's late challenge caught a los marcianos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saturnino Aimar helped the player get up and apologised. Saturnino Aimar hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. During the 72nd minute of the match Saturnino Aimar completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Saturnino Aimar a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After having played for 74 minutes, Amado Fertus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. los marcianos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amado Fertus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in los marcianos's zone, Victorio Damario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Pacifico came out of the goal and Victorio Damario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to los marcianos getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Cristian Patxi hit a great ball. Eusebio Gartxot struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Victorino Pacifico didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bazzinga! FC. 84 minutes into the game, Arsenio Abascal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Victorino Pacifico was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gavino Innocenzio might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benedicto Ferman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gavino Innocenzio ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match was over los marcianos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bazzinga! FC throughout the match.
