In the 43rd minute, Marciano Savion reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Guaberto Furman. The goal made the score 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marciano Savion stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tobuna's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Basilio Mundo in the 53rd minute. After taking down the ball on Tobuna's corner Basilio Mundo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Guaberto Furman quite easily take care of the ball. Guaberto Furman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Mundo in the 55th minute of play. Guaberto Furman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marciano Savion in the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Marciano Savion notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Rincón's Guaberto Furman. Guaberto Furman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 74 minutes into the match, Rincón's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Filipo came free, but Guaberto Furman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Pedro Filipo put it in 7-0 from a short distance just to the right of Guaberto Furman. Guaberto Furman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Savion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Silverio Herauso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th minute, Marciano Savion ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guaberto Furman was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. The supporters of Tobuna booed when Rincón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusebio Cordeara didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tobuna fully deserved thier win.
