The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, F.C Buenos Aires's Natalio Mazuste sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teo Ponciano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cesar Chus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Ler having to interfere. In the 16th minute of the match Genaro Eriz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Siro Ler showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Natalio Mazuste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgard Rodas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Chus in the 21st minute of play forced F.C Buenos Aires's goalkeeper Siro Ler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Natalio Mazuste struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Teo Ponciano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C Buenos Aires. The supporters of Ramblones FC booed when F.C Buenos Aires was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Fagildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 36 minutes, Edgard Rodas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ramblones FC and the F.C Buenos Aires players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of F.C Buenos Aires booed when Ramblones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Rodas didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Teo Garoa came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the F.C Buenos Aires fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teo Garoa couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Teo Garoa managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C Buenos Aires's supporters rose to their feet, but Teo Garoa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teo Ponciano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baldomiro Orain received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cesar Chus made a kick off. In the 54th minute Ramblones FC were awarded a corner. Alonzo Unax went to the cornerflag to take it. After 57th play minutes Cesar Chus shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Siro Ler and just under the crossbar into goal. If Natalio Mazuste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 minutes of play, F.C Buenos Aires's Natalio Mazuste made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teo Ponciano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edgard Rodas hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Cesar Chus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes into the game, Cesar Chus recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Siro Ler. Cesar Chus showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. F.C Buenos Aires's Teo Garoa got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teo Ponciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natalio Mazuste in the 96th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see F.C Buenos Aires lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
