Spectators: 7208 (Terracing: 5408, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Basilio Papo started the match with the kick off. Siro Jorrin charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Siro Jorrin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Marull booed when Ramblones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Jorrin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marull's goalkeeper Maximino Curcio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ramblones FC's Teo Ponciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Papo in the 9th minute of play. A collision led to Ramblones FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Genaro Eriz hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the match, Ramblones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Papo came free, but Teo Ponciano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute, Edgard Rodas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Omar Lertxun received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Teo Ponciano came out and tried to block the shot, but Omar Lertxun slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. Teo Ponciano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Papo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basilio Papo struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Teo Ponciano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marull. In the 29th minute of the match, Omar Lertxun got a very nice opportunity to score, but Teo Ponciano was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Ramblones FC's Edelmiro Martxel got a free kick in the 29th minute. A collision led to Ramblones FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Edelmiro Martxel hit a great ball. Leonel Endira's late challenge caught a Ramblones FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonel Endira helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Leonel Endira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximino Curcio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Chus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ramblones FC booed when Marull was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Asteri didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cesar Chus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marull's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Cesar Chus scored to the left of an out of position Maximino Curcio, making the score, 1-1. In the 56th minute, Omar Lertxun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teo Ponciano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Ramblones FC's Cesar Chus slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maximino Curcio. That made the score 2-2 after 61 minutes of play. When Ovidio Edorta fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ramblones FC's protests and gave Ovidio Edorta a yellow card for diving instead. After 71 played minutes Marull got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Endira. Cesar Chus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teo Ponciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Papo in the 84th minute of play. Omar Lertxun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Teo Ponciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ovidio Edorta got free with Maximino Curcio in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teo Ponciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Papo in the 94th minute of play. Omar Lertxun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Ponciano having to interfere. Marull were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
