Seating: 1688, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Justo Gasteiz kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute Laureano Mogel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Millrick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 played minutes Tacuarí got a freekick which was hit by Justo Gasteiz. In the 20th minute, Escaya's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Justo Gasteiz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With his leg Isidro Lixandro managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Tacuarí's Celso Quiroga fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Tacuarí's Justo Gasteiz got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Esteve Urritz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tacuarí's goalkeeper Maximo Millrick, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute Laureano Mogel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Millrick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximo Millrick stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Esteve Urritz's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Escaya's Isidro Lixandro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justo Gasteiz in the 32nd minute of play. Laureano Mogel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximo Millrick having to interfere. Isidro Lixandro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Gasteiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th match minute, Tacuarí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Monte to maneuver through the defense. Laureano Mogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tacuarí's Justo Gasteiz got a good chance for a goal in the 50th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.
The wind increased when Esteve Urritz made the kick off in the second half. Lucio Bertran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roman Montrel charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roman Montrel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Laureano Mogel might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Maximo Millrick. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Laureano Mogel ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 66th minute, Escaya's Mateo Viator ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maximo Millrick. Maximo Millrick yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. When Angel Tello fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tacuarí's protests and gave Angel Tello a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th match minute, Tacuarí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Tello to maneuver through the defense. Maximo Millrick was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Esteve Urritz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Esteve Urritz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Esteve Urritz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 75th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Laureano Mogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 82 minutes into the match, Tacuarí's Celso Quiroga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isidro Lixandro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leonides Betadur, 87 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Escaya's Esteve Urritz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Maximo Millrick. That made the score 1-3 after 89 minutes of play. Laureano Mogel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Maximo Millrick made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Esteve Urritz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Escaya's supporters rose to their feet, but Esteve Urritz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maximo Millrick breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tacuarí's Maximo Millrick played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteve Urritz in the 99th minute of play.
