To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the match, Tacuarí's goalkeeper Maximo Millrick had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aurelio Rioja. A collision led to Tacuarí getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Lucio Bertran hit a great ball. If Jonathan Ferdinand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fidel Monte scored 0-1 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jorge Vicente Bullon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Jonathan Ferdinand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
