The referee ignored MTD FC's protests and gave Atilano Urti a yellow card for diving instead. Atilano Urti kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Juan Dubardo, 10 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Benigno Palben charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 25th minute Ceferino Segio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Jayvier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benigno Palben fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Jayvier having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, MTD FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Deunoro to maneuver through the defense. UnionTate's Eustacio Milian got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aureliano Lizardi scored 0-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nestor Cordarius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Eustacio Milian charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eustacio Milian the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of MTD FC booed when UnionTate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustacio Milian didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Eustacio Milian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
