Eduardo Mon was extremely unlucky when he, in the 24th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 26 minutes into the match, Los pinos's goalkeeper Delmiro Mincho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aureliano Lizardi. In the 27th match minute, Los pinos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Estevon to maneuver through the defense. Los pinos's Delmiro Mincho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Mon in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Tadeo Ezkerra made a precise shot to the right of Jimeno Jayvier. MTD FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Ramon Montae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Jimeno Jayvier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Eduardo Mon made the kick off in the second half. Aureliano Lizardi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Mincho having to interfere. Ramon Montae took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jimeno Jayvier. Jimeno Jayvier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramon Montae got free with Jimeno Jayvier in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Aureliano Lizardi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ramon Montae came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Los pinos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramon Montae couldn't finish the play. After 82 played minutes MTD FC got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Ledesma. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by MTD FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Omar Eder was slow to take the kick. During this time Los pinos's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Omar Eder got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jimeno Jayvier quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Delmiro Mincho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduardo Mon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind MTD FC's goalkeeper Jimeno Jayvier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ermegildo Venceslao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Jayvier having to interfere. The Los pinos players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
