After 16 minutes of play, Balbus FC's Leo Abajas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florentino Cesaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leo Abajas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt a red card was in order, 25 minutes into the game, when Diego Berbiz put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Intonarumori fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! In the 27th minute there was a penalty for Balbus FC. Cleto Niguel stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Florentino Cesaro. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Fe in the 29th minute of play forced Intonarumori's goalkeeper Florentino Cesaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute Leo Abajas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florentino Cesaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Intonarumori's Florentino Cesaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Fe in the 33rd minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Intonarumori's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Abajas came free, but Florentino Cesaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute Alfredo Walme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florentino Cesaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, Intonarumori's Aureliano Refugio made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. German Otoniel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Florentino Cesaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melchor Fe in the 44th minute of play. Florentino Cesaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Fe in the 51st minute of the match. If Melchor Fe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leo Abajas in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florentino Cesaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 61 minutes of play, Balbus FC's Melchor Fe made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florentino Cesaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 64 minutes, Leo Abajas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When Armando Giraldo fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Intonarumori's protests and gave Armando Giraldo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Intonarumori's Armando Giraldo got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Melchor Fe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Balbus FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Melchor Fe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Florentino Cesaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melchor Fe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Cesaro having to interfere. Alfredo Walme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the game, Marciano Bras recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Florentino Cesaro. Marciano Bras showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-7. The Intonarumori fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Balbus FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
