Muñecos del Sur's Mariano Maxin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Chumo in the 28th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Clemente Quinton notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Muñecos del Sur's Mariano Maxin. Mariano Maxin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Filomeno Chumo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Mariano Maxin made a huge save. The Muñecos del Sur supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Soto's performance. The match ended with a win for Soto.
