In the 4th minute of the match Ciro Maxin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcial Tino skillfully saved the ball. Imperio Galáctico FC's Hermengildo Chaime played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Peyo in the 5th minute of play. Octavio Orlanda struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Marcial Tino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Imperio Galáctico FC. 8 minutes into the match, Jose Mateus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcial Tino. Muertitos Fútbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jose Mateus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jose Mateus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Muertitos Fútbol Club's zone, Honorato Honesto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Tino came out of the goal and Honorato Honesto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Muertitos Fútbol Club's Marcial Tino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Muertitos Fútbol Club from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the match, Muertitos Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Marcial Tino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honorato Honesto. Octavio Orlanda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcial Tino having to make a save. The supporters of Imperio Galáctico FC booed when Muertitos Fútbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Ferrando didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jose Mateus in the 24th minute of play forced Muertitos Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Marcial Tino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Mateus who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Marcial Tino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jose Mateus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 28 minutes, Ermegildo Jakes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Imperio Galáctico FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ermegildo Jakes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jose Mateus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jose Mateus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcial Tino having to make a save. If Jose Mateus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Higinio Palban made a precise shot to the right of Hermengildo Chaime. Imperio Galáctico FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1.

The wind increased when Martin Argi made the kick off in the second half. Hermengildo Chaime made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Celedonio Peyo sent off a good shot on target. 60 minutes into the game, Imperio Galáctico FC's Octavio Orlanda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcial Tino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Ramiro Otoniel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcial Tino. Muertitos Fútbol Club's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 66th match minute, Muertitos Fútbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Palban to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute of the match Ramiro Otoniel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcial Tino skillfully saved the ball. In the 73rd minute, Celedonio Peyo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 74th minute of the match, Juan Ferrando got a very nice opportunity to score, but Hermengildo Chaime was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jose Mateus in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcial Tino saved Muertitos Fútbol Club from getting behind. Ermegildo Jakes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermengildo Chale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Tino having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jose Mateus in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcial Tino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Muertitos Fútbol Club getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Higinio Palban hit a great ball. After 88 played minutes Imperio Galáctico FC got a freekick which was hit by Hermengildo Chale. Jose Mateus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Marcial Tino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jose Mateus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Muertitos Fútbol Club defense, Jose Mateus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcial Tino. The Muertitos Fútbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcial Tino should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Imperio Galáctico FC fully deserved thier win.
