Remigiusz Banan was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 20 minutes, Conrado Bermudez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glorioso Vélez Sársfield's supporters crossed their fingers, but Conrado Bermudez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teobaldo Egoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Wilfredo Erasto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilfredo Erasto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Angelino Bernaldo made a huge save. In the 38th minute Wilfredo Erasto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Bernaldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Campana getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Jimeno Iztal hit a great ball. Glorioso Vélez Sársfield's Teobaldo Egoi got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teobaldo Egoi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Bernaldo having to interfere.

After having played for 54 minutes, Teobaldo Egoi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teobaldo Egoi took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelino Bernaldo. Angelino Bernaldo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 70th minute, Teobaldo Egoi made a precise shot to the right of Angelino Bernaldo. Campana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Marcos Jakobe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Remigiusz Banan made a huge save. Glorioso Vélez Sársfield's Remigiusz Banan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Glorioso Vélez Sársfield from getting a goal against them. 82 minutes into the match, Glorioso Vélez Sársfield's goalkeeper Remigiusz Banan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcos Jakobe. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Campana's goalkeeper Angelino Bernaldo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Angelino Bernaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobaldo Egoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Dario Idacio kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Glorioso Vélez Sársfield's Wilfredo Erasto got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teobaldo Egoi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Campana's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
