Inocencio Cordarius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Matxin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Vinicio Godoy fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chipiscú FC's protests and gave Vinicio Godoy a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th minute, Vinicio Godoy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Chipiscú FC's zone, Diego Otsando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inocencio Cordarius came out of the goal and Diego Otsando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chipiscú FC's Fernan Domeka got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 37 played minutes Chipiscú FC got a freekick which was hit by Federico Aurken. Fernan Domeka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Federico Aurken might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leon Abeita. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Federico Aurken ran back to his position shaking his head. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diego Otsando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Xixer Wor's zone, Federico Aurken stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Abeita came out of the goal and Federico Aurken tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Federico Aurken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 72 played minutes Chipiscú FC got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Cuartio. 76 minutes into the match, Xixer Wor's goal looked a bit too open when Fernan Domeka came free, but Leon Abeita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernan Domeka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 79 minutes, Federico Aurken managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chipiscú FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Aurken was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xixer Wor's Leon Abeita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Domeka in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Xixer Wor's Faustino Ostadar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Inocencio Cordarius narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Federico Aurken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chipiscú FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Inocencio Cordarius, was totally fooled by Xixer Wor's Uriel Errapel, who 98 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.
