The referee ignored Deportivo Fatiga Tandil's protests and gave Mauro Nastasio a yellow card for diving instead. Mauro Nastasio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th minute, Eliseo Bernat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eliseo Bernat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denis Galsino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Rodolfo Bonifaco hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the match, Rene Bingen sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Denis Galsino threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Rene Bingen this time. Eliseo Bernat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Galsino having to interfere. Fabian Cordarrol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Iraunkor in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Hermengildo Iraunkor made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Eliseo Bernat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denis Galsino was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Sesteadero AFC's Denis Galsino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Nastasio in the 57th minute of play. Jonathan Dayam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mauro Maidana's late challenge caught a Sesteadero AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauro Maidana helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes Deportivo Fatiga Tandil got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Maidana. After 75 minutes of play, Sesteadero AFC's Jonathan Dayam made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabian Cordarrol was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sesteadero AFC's Denis Galsino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Bernat in the 81st minute of play. Deportivo Fatiga Tandil's Mauro Maidana got his second yellow card of the match in the 89th minute. The referee ordered Mauro Maidana off the ground. Hermengildo Iraunkor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Fabian Cordarrol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabian Cordarrol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermengildo Iraunkor, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Jonathan Dayam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Cordarrol having to interfere. The Sesteadero AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sesteadero AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
